Abstract

This article is only available in Finnish. "From the point of view of open education, most essential are: access to open educational resources and other content suitable for open pedagogical purposes, open teaching practices and pedagogical openness, accessibility issues, and the recognition and validation of what has been learned.  Developing open learning approaches and incorporating them into the organization's open operational culture responds to the development needs of continuous learning, enables interaction with the surrounding community, and promotes the visibility of expertise and collaboration."
