Abstract

SPARC Europe's European Network of Open Education Librarians (ENOEL) published a strategy, Librarians as Agents of Change, to promote open education in 2024–2026, based on UNESCO's recommendations on open education. The strategy contains concrete measures and targets for the work to promote open education.
