Abstract

SPARC Europe's new project – Connecting the worlds of Open Science and Open Education to increase capacity for an Open Europe – aims to build a more effective bridge between open science and open education in European higher education, both at policy and practice level. The project aims to identify European actors in open science and open education, to identify differences and similarities between open science and open education, and to identify opportunities and risks in bringing the areas of openness together.
