Policy on open education and educational resources

Abstract

The updated policy on open education and educational resources consists of joint principles and policy components of open educational practices, open access to educational resources (OER) and open access to theses that determine objectives and actions. The joint principles define the general conditions for promoting openness in open education and OER. The objectives set out in the policy components are accompanied by concrete measures.
