The Dubai Declaration on Open Educational Resources (OER) is based on Unesco’s 2019 recommendation on OER, which serves as a framework for discussing the role of artificial intelligence (AI). The 13-page declaration text contains recommendations for the use of AI in OER in relation to skills, practices, accessibility, sustainability, and collaboration. Ilmari Jauhiainen's overview of the contents of the Dubai Declaration has been published on the Open Science and Research (AVOTT) website (in Finnish).
