Abstract

Findocnet (Finnish Doctoral Training Network), which offers free online courses and materials, has added an open education section to its Open Science online course. After an introductory section, it covers the following topics:

  • Why open education
  • How to use OER
  • How to create OER
  • How to practice open education (OEP)

The section has been created by the national Open Science and Research (AVOTT) expert group. The section can also be found in the Library of Open Educational Resources.
