Matleena's blog – updates and new training materials

Abstract

Matleena's blog, which provides instructions and other material to support teaching, has been updated again over the past year. A new addition to the blog is the Digital pedagogy training package (in Finnish). Matleena's blog contains openly licensed instructions and examples of educational use for dozens of applications that university teachers can utilize in their work. The materials have been viewed more than three million times. The most viewed materials are instructions related to word clouds and the Blooket. The site's administrator, Matleena Laakso, is a digital pedagogy expert and trainer. Laakso was awarded the Open Education Award in 2023.
