Abstract

Editor's comments

In this article professor Keith Taber defines Chemistry Education Research (CER). He addresses important questions like: 1) What should be the key foci for CER and 2) what makes the CER field scientific?

This paper is recommendable for everyone working or starting to work in the CER field. It helps understanding CER as a research field, which supports planning own research and placing it to a wider CER discourse.
