Contemporary Quantum Science in STEM and Education of Future “Quantum Workforce”
LUMAT invites researchers, practitioners, and educators to contribute to the upcoming Special Issue on
Contemporary Quantum Science in STEM and Education of Future “Quantum Workforce”.
The special issue will focus on teaching and learning of and about contemporary quantum science – e.g. quantum materials, quantum optics and information and as well as quantum computation and algorithms – as part of STEM. The viewpoints taken may vary from pragmatic, quantum theory as a resource, from fundamental aspects of structure and meaning (e.g. from viewpoint of information) of contemporary quantum theory. Empirical and theoretical studies are welcome, given that the focus and viewpoints are firmly grounded on teaching and learning within STEM.
